KBR

KBR is a proud member of ISOA and recipient of the Tier 1 Vanguard Global Impact Award. As a leading provider of global contingency, logistics, and operations services, KBR has decades of experience supporting the U.S. government and its allies around the world. Ready to deploy at a moment’s notice, the KBR team has extensive experience operating in conflict zones and other complex environments. With 34,000 employees operating in over 30 countries, KBR strives to create a safer, more secure and sustainable world by bringing together the best and brightest to deliver technologies and solutions that help our customers accomplish their most critical missions and objectives.

KBR has supported massive humanitarian efforts since 2021 to house, feed, and provide basic life support to 58,000+ displaced Afghan nationals relocating to the United States. Under Operation Allies Welcome, KBR operated 9 sites in the U.S. and Europe to welcome displaced Afghans, including providing medical care, halal meals, and cultural advisors to assist with the transition. KBR continued its humanitarian support of Afghans through the Enduring Welcome program. During KBR’s time operating in Afghanistan, KBR hired and provided on-the-job training for more than 5,000 Afghan nationals. So after the fall of the Afghan government in August 2021, KBR assembled a dedicated Quick Reaction Team of 25 employees — including legal, human resources, records management, operations, and communications specialists — to respond to employment verification requests, enabling former KBR Afghan-national employees to apply for Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs). KBR continues to respond to inquiries to ensure any former Afghan KBR employees have the documents and information they need.

In early 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine, KBR provided a crisis action planning team in Kaiserslautern, Germany to support the U.S. Army under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Within days, KBR’s team established basic life support services at key sites in Eastern Europe to support the U.S. and allied nations’ stability efforts across Europe. KBR’s decades of experience operating in Europe ensured agile staffing, robust supply chain, and seamless compliance with host nation requirements. KBR continues to work closely with the U.S. government and host nations to provide full-service life support for stability efforts across Europe.
