RMGS supports Partner Nation capacity-building requirements in close coordination with a wide range of senior leaders within the U.S. Department of Defense, other government agencies, civilian entities, and Partner Nation forces. We analyze mission requirements, conduct assessments to determine knowledge gaps and training needs, and make recommendations to enhance the countries’ ability to operate effectively across dynamic environments.  Our contributions to the advancement of global peace and stability include the international training support services we deliver to the Naval Special Warfare Command under the Maritime Special Operations Forces Support (M-SOFS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Since 2011, RMGS has conducted training to include the Strategic Leadership International Course (SLIC), a four-week course designed and delivered to provide Partner Nation course graduates with the tools needed to build strong partnerships with regional neighbors and seek cooperative opportunities to bring about peace, stability, and prosperity. In 2019, RMGS proactively integrated WPS topics into the course through the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Waypoint Series, highlighting the roles and experiences of women and girls in conflict zones, positions of leadership and influence, and in creating networks of value and cooperation. RMGS has instructed more than 520 Officers from Partner Nation countries, and in 2023, RMGS’ courses included the largest number of female participants to date, with program participation funding support provided by the U.S. Special Operations Command’s WPS Program.
