World Fuel

World Fuel, a World Kinect Company, is proud of its reputation as a strong business partner to our customer and suppliers around the world. We have earned this reputation by consistently acting with honesty and integrity in all that we do. Establishing ourselves as a trusted company doesn’t just happen – it takes hard work, dedication, and individual responsibility from each of us at every level of our organization. World Fuel is committed to maximizing our contribution to the security and prosperity of globally and extend regional interests. Our shared vision is to deliver a capability with increased scale and capacity, therefore building fuel resilience in an environment of enduring support and innovation.

The Indo-Pacific theater continues to present one of the most complex theaters for the U.S. Joint Force, partners, and allies for commercial and military operations. Logistics operations are challenged by the proliferation of advanced anti-access/area-denial capabilities, increased cyber threats, disrupted supply chains, and constrained resources. Addressing and mitigating the challenges posed by contested logistics in the region is a joint multinational effort. A conflict in the Indo-Pacific region will call for logistics to be delivered at speed and scale regardless of the contested environment. Contested logistics in the Indo-Pacific must be addressed using innovative technologies that are focused on partnership, presence, posture, and interoperability.

Australia remains one of our strongest allies in the Indo-Pacific theater and consistently operates as a partner in exercises and operations with U.S. Military Forces. The Australian Defense Forces (ADF) learned valuable lessons during the East Timor operation that demonstrated a weakness in Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS). World Fuel Systems – Australia, a subsidiary of World Kinect Corporation, won an open solicitation to produce an Expeditionary Fuel System (EFS). Our EFS provides the Australian Defense Forces (ADF) with the next generation of the latest proven deployable fuel capabilities to assist in the prosecution of Australia’s defense strategy. The design offers a superior safe capability with the flexibility to undertake the full range of mission profiles utilizing a world class local logistics system and current knowledge derived from our 15 years of supporting coalition forces in Afghanistan and elsewhere. This embedded cultural understanding of customer requirements and a flow down of the ’fight to win’ mantra has shaped the companies’ fuel solution delivery strategy.

At World Kinect, we ensure energy is there exactly when and where the world needs it today while investing in accelerating a more sustainable tomorrow. Keeping everything moving by solving complex challenges with a robust, scalable distribution platform across air, land, and sea. This is who we are. This is what we do. Every minute. Every hour. Every day.
